Natasha Searle (Executive Assistant)

Natasha is our Executive Assistant and joined GOA in early 2026.

 

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Rural Science (Hons) and Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of New England. She also holds a Diploma of Management. Prior to joining GOA, Natasha worked  as a consultant for 17 years in a private agribusiness consulting firm in both Clare, SA and Dubbo, NSW. Her experience extends to project leadership, management and delivery of Research, Development, Extension and Adoption projects for the grains, red meat and wool industries.

 

In her role as the Executive Assistant, Natasha works with the GOA CEO, team members and the Board with daily functions of the organisation, governance, contract management, stakeholder management and administration. She also contributes to the delivery of GOAs key grains industry RD&E projects.

 

She looks forward to working with the GOA team to deliver value to grain growers across our region.
